Graphic Design Executive
About edyn
edyn is a soulful hybrid hospitality brand, bringing together thoughtfully designed spaces and genuine human connections across Europe. Our Marketing team is central to shaping our brand, telling our story, and driving growth through creative, data-driven campaigns.
Role Overview
The Graphic Design Executive is responsible for the hands-on delivery of high-quality design assets across edyn’s brands, with a primary focus on Locke and its recent brand repositioning. Reporting into the Senior Graphic Design Manager, the role executes design work under clear creative direction and brand guidance, supporting the rollout and application of the visual identity across campaigns, digital platforms, partnerships, and properties.
This is a great opportunity for a self-organised junior designer with hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate defined brand direction into consistent, well-executed visual outputs across multiple formats and touchpoints. This role is based at our London Bridge office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
- Design and deliver visual assets across digital channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, and paid campaign assets, following creative direction and priorities set by the Senior Graphic Design Manager.
- Produce printed materials such as signage, menus, in-room collateral, event materials, and on-property brand touchpoints.
- Execute campaign and brand assets that reflect and reinforce the Locke brand repositioning, applying established visual systems rather than redefining them.
Brand Consistency & Application
- Apply Locke’s updated visual identity accurately and consistently under the authority of the Senior Graphic Design Manager.
- Adapt core brand assets into campaign-specific, property-specific, or channel-specific executions as briefed.
- Ensure all outputs meet brand, quality, and accuracy standards before delivery.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Design Manager on all briefs, priorities, and creative decisions.
- Receive, interpret, and implement feedback efficiently, ensuring alignment with agreed creative direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated project delivery, with final design decisions guided by the line manager.
Asset & File Management
- Maintain organised design files, templates, and asset libraries.
- Support version control and ensure assets are clearly labelled and easily accessible.
- Ensure smooth handover of final assets to internal teams and external partners.
Creative Awareness
- Stay informed on contemporary design, lifestyle, and hospitality trends that can inform execution.
- Contribute references and ideas that help keep outputs current and culturally relevant, within established brand parameters.
Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as may be reasonably required will form part of this job description.
In This Role You Will Need the Following
Experience/ Skills
- Minimum 1-year experience in a professional in-house or agency design environment (freelance-only backgrounds not suitable).

- Ability to work confidently within established brand systems and creative direction.
- Comfortable receiving structured feedback and applying it consistently.

- Mandatory hospitality experience, ideally within hotels or lifestyle accommodation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); motion or video skills a plus.
- Experience supporting campaign rollouts and brand systems across multiple channels.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where timelines, accuracy, and collaboration matter.
