DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER – LONDON HQ
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering and optimising digital marketing activity across edyn’s hotel portfolio, supporting commercial performance and guest acquisition.
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce & CRM, you will own paid media execution end to end, including campaign builds, optimisation, tracking QA, and reporting, working directly within advertising platforms and performance data. Paid media will be your main focus, with opportunities to support and develop skills across CRM, website, and wider digital marketing channels.
This is a fully onsite role based 5 days a week at our London HQ in London Bridge.
THE STAGE IS SET
The stage is set for something different. We don’t run conventional hotels; we build places with character and intent.
What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we’re now entering a new chapter. As we redefine the brand and evolve our identity, we’re focused on creating spaces that feel compelling, contemporary, and truly distinctive. Locke leads with bold expression; Cove by Locke refines that same spirit into a quieter, more streamlined approach.
Guests come to rest, work, or escape. Comfort is a given - great beds, hot showers, genuine service. But we aim to create moments that feel memorable and a little unexpected, bringing back the sense of mood hospitality often lost.
This is our backdrop. We’re on an exciting journey step on stage and play your part.
THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS
Paid Media
- Build, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Metasearch, and remarketing channels.
- Own campaign setup end to end, including structure, targeting, budgets, bidding, testing, and optimisation against commercial KPIs.
- Manage audience strategy, tracking, attribution, and performance troubleshooting.
Website, CRM & Digital Content
- Maintain and update website, landing page, email, and digital guest platform content.
- Support email campaigns and CRM journeys, ensuring accuracy, tracking, and alignment with campaigns.
- Ensure content is SEO-aware, technically sound, and commercially aligned.
Reporting & Performance
- Own performance reporting across paid and digital channels.
- Analyse and reconcile data across GA4, ad platforms, and booking systems.
- Build and maintain performance reporting in Excel/Sheets and Looker Studio, linking activity to revenue and acquisition efficiency.
Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as may be reasonably required will form part of this job description.

YOUR PROVEN TRACK RECORD

- Hospitality-led digital marketing experience, either in-house or agency-side, where marketing directly drives bookings, or covers across multiple locations or markets
- Experience working across UK and European markets
- Proven ability to build and optimise paid media accounts from scratch
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, MetaSearch, and similar platforms
- Experience updating websites within a CMS environment, or willingness to take hands-on ownership of CMS updates

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. That takes pace, creativity, and people who enjoy working with purpose.
If you’re comfortable with change, motivated by ideas, and focused on crafting meaningful guest experiences, you’ll do well here. We value individuals who can hold a vision, appreciate atmosphere, and want their work to have impact.
Skills can be taught. Mindset can’t. There’s no single template for success here - just the right approach and willingness to grow.
